The Logan Simplex Elite Mat Cutter is a cost-effective tool that is great for small jobs and moderate scale production. The cutter has a hinging guide rail with production stops, a 27" squaring arm with stop and a parallel mat guide. It cuts bevel opening mats and sizes mat board and foamboard in addition to cutting plexiglass and acrylic, trimming paper and sizing glass.
