The Metro Overhead Track High Density Shelving System for 10 ft. Spaces eliminates the need for permanent aisles, cleating more storage space. Two mobile units are connected via an overhead track between a pair of stationary units and an active aisle can be opened between any two units as needed. Mobile units feature roller bearings on the top of the posts that guide mobile units in a straight line along the track. The overhead track compensates for uneven floors while also making floor cleaning easy. No permanent mounting is required so the system can be repositioned or expanded. Each unit can accommodate up to 900lbs.
